I was able to use it without much trouble. The captions worked fine, and the keyboard controls were easy enough to get around with. these things should be standard by now, but at least they got them right here

The site itself works fine, so no real complaints there, but the language support feels a bit hit or miss. Some translated parts read naturally, while others sound awkward or not fully localized. Hopefully they clean it up soon because it would make the overall experience a lot better

"Got charged again, but support sorted it out"
I ended up getting charged again when I wasn’t expecting it, which was frustrating at first because I had to go back and check my account and make sure I wasn’t misunderstanding something. I reached out to support, and they did help me get it handled, so I appreciate that. It just took a little longer than I would’ve liked, especially since it was about a billing issue and those always feel kind of urgent. In the end, it was resolved, but the process could’ve been quicker...

"Not really worth paying for"
I mostly signed up because I wanted the ad-free experience, but it still felt annoying. There were still things interrupting what I was watching, so it didn’t feel like good value for the money. I got tired of it quickly and ended up canceling after a short while.

The content is decent and I’ve enjoyed some of the videos, but the price feels a bit high for what you get. It’s not bad at all, I’m just not totally sure it’s worth it.

"Fun content, but the app can get on my nerves"
I’ve been using sideplus for a little while now, and the videos are fun and usually worth watching, especially when I’m in a chilled mood and just want something easy to put on. The only annoying part is the app itself, it randomly logs me out sometimes and loading can be slow. Still, overall it’s decent and I keep coming back to it.

The streaming is generally good and works fine most of the time, but the occasional buffering is a bit annoying. It’s not constant, thankfully, but it happens just enough to be frustrating when you’re trying to watch something.

"Terms weren’t clear at all"
I signed up for Side Plus, the terms and conditions left me confused. They felt vague and not very user-friendly, especially for something involving a paid subscription.
I was mainly trying to understand the billing and cancellation details, but it wasn’t laid out in a simple way. I had to click around a bunch, and even then I still didn’t feel totally sure what I had agreed to.
For a paid site, the basics should be clear from the start. I really think they need to rewrite the terms in plain English, and an apology for making it so unclear would be fair.

I signed up but quickly started feeling weird about how much info they were asking for. The privacy details didn’t feel very clear to me either, and I couldn’t really find simple answers on how my data would be handled. Maybe it’s all fine, who knows, but I didn’t feel safe enough to keep using it so I cancelled

"Offline watching is handy but not perfect"
i mean, I mostly use Side+ when I’m travelling, so being able to download stuff and watch it offline is genuinely really useful. Most of the time the downloads go through fine, and the videos play smoothly enough even when I’ve got no internet.
The only thing is that some downloads take longer than I expect, and I do wish it was a bit more obvious what’s actually saved and ready to watch. Still, it’s good overall, just has a couple of small annoying bits.

"Good exclusive content and a calmer vibe"
I mainly got it for the exclusive videos, i’ve been happy with it. Compared to YouTube, it feels a lot more relaxed and less crowded with distractions, which I really like. The app can be a little annoying here and there, but overall it’s been a good experience.

"Pretty good subtitles overall"
I was happy to see that most videos had subtitles, and they worked well for me. It made watching a lot easier. But then I’d hit a video with no subtitles and get a little frustrated, especially when I really wanted to follow along. So overall it’s good, just not perfect yet. 4 stars from me.

"Plenty to watch without feeling like a gamble"
I’ve been really happy with Side+ so far. I’m usually cautious about paying for subscriptions because I don’t like feeling like I’m wasting money on something I barely use, but this one has felt worth it.
The upload schedule is probably the biggest reason I’ve stuck around. There’s always something new to put on, and I’m not sitting there wondering when the next video is coming. Some weeks I’m still catching up when more stuff drops.
For the price, the amount of content they put out is really solid. It feels like a safe subscription to keep compared to a lot of others, and I’d easily give it 5 stars

"The notifications became a bit too much"
I actually turned off most of the email notifications, but I was still getting random alerts here and there. The site itself is fine overall, but the notification settings feel a little confusing and don’t always seem to save properly. Not a huge deal at first, but it got annoying quickly.

"Got sorted, but it took a bit"
I had to reach out to sideplus.com support because of a login/payment thing. They did get back to me and were polite, so no complaints there, but it took longer than I thought it would and I had to chase it up with another message before anything really moved along. It was fixed in the end, so it wasn’t a bad experience exactly. Just felt a little slow and kind of basic for something I’m paying for. For me, 3 stars feels about right.

"I signed up thinking I’d get…"
I signed up thinking I’d get some decent extra videos, but most of it felt low effort. A lot of the content just comes across like filler, and it’s not much better than clips you can already find elsewhere. After a while, the ideas started repeating themselves, and some episodes really felt like they were only made because they needed something to post. I kept giving it another chance, almost like I was begging it to be worth the money, and that just made me more annoyed. I stopped watching after a few weeks. For the price, I expected a lot more, so I cancelled and don’t see myself coming back.
